Accessibility statement

MyDekela Ltd wants its public website and secure HR platform to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Last updated 11 September 2026

Our commitment

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital services more accessible to people with visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.

We include accessibility in new interface work, test important journeys with the keyboard and automated checks, and review issues reported by users.

What we have put in place

  • Semantic headings, labels and status messages on key public journeys.
  • Visible keyboard focus and skip links on long pricing, trial and policy pages.
  • Responsive layouts designed for desktop, tablet and phone screens.
  • Light and dark presentation in supported parts of the secure platform.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful interface imagery and icons where required.

Current assessment position

MyDekela has completed automated source, type and production-build checks and manual keyboard checks on the public pricing and trial hand-off. Phone, tablet, dark-mode, 200% zoom and broader authenticated-workspace checks are continuing.

Until that work and an appropriate independent review are complete, this website and platform have not yet been fully assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Known limitations

  • Some complex authenticated dashboards, data visualisations and older administration screens may not yet satisfy every WCAG 2.2 Level AA criterion.
  • Accessibility of documents uploaded by customer organisations depends on the source document supplied to MyDekela.
  • Third-party services, including Stripe's secure payment pages, operate their own interfaces and accessibility arrangements.

If a limitation prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will work with you to find an accessible alternative.

Feedback and contact

Tell us if you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in a different format. Email hey@mydekela.com or telephone 01824 544 568. Please describe the page, task and format you need.

How we assess accessibility

The current assessment combines automated checks, source review, production builds and manual keyboard inspection. We will update this statement as testing expands and when material accessibility issues are corrected.
